ANNUAL FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION – 2017
That time of year has arrived again, whereby we need to conduct our annual fire safety inspection. This inspection and report is required to be carried out each year, by law, for the safety of all residents.
The inspection will occur on Thursday 18th May 2017, commencing at 7:30am and running through to 4.30pm. Each apartment will take 10 minutes to complete, maximum.
We request that each responsible person from each apartment respond to this email ASAP, with a preference for a time and assuming that this time is not already taken – I will book you in. The early bird catches the worm, as they say! I suggest not leaving this till last minute – to avoid disappointment!
I need the following information from each apartment:
- Apartment number
- Desired/preferred time
- Contact name of person in attendance
- Contact phone number of person in attendance
Should a time you prefer not be available, and someone cannot be in attendance to grant access – keys can be left with myself.
Scheduling has been placed on noticeboards in both lifts.
Note that if an apartment does not grant access on the day, a revisit fee of $200 per apartment will apply for the fire contractors to re-attend on another day.
This fee will be passed onto the resident for payment.
