FRONT ENTRANCE NOT ACCESSIBLE

Residents,
Commencing Monday 15 August 2016 for 3 days (completion due on Wednesday 17 August 2016), drainage running along the length of the front entrance door, street side, will be installed. This is weather permitting, and should work be delayed, further communication will be released.
This is to combat rainwater ingress to the lobby area when heavy rain falls.
This work is part of the defect rectification program being implemented by Hindmarsh Constructions (the building developer), at their expense.
During this entire period of time, the front entrance WILL NOT BE IN USE FOR EXITING AND ENTRY TO THE BUILDING.
The fob reader on the outside of the building will be disabled, however, visitors and delivery personnel will still be able to call your apartment from the street. You will need to come down to the rear entrance to manually let your visitors in during this period of time stated above.
The fob reader on the door from the lift lobby area to the rear entrance/exit has also been disabled for safety reasons during this period.
The rear entrance/exit is located at the back of the building, and is the door right next to the parking garage roller door, marked “TEMPORARY ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE BUILDING”.
