Residents,<\/p>\n
Rectification works on the building\u2019s air conditioning pipework are required to be undertaken as part of the building defects rectification program.\u00a0 This work is being carried out by the original installers of the system.<\/p>\n
These works will resolve the issue of Levels 4 and 5 not having their air conditioning functioning.<\/p>\n
To complete these works, all air conditioners on Levels 20 and 21 will be off line for the duration of the works.\u00a0 There is a possibility that other levels may need to be taken off line also, but this is an unknown until the works commence.\u00a0 All residents should assume that their air conditioning systems will not be functioning for the duration of the works.\u00a0 If your level ends up not having to be taken down \u2013 it\u2019s will be a bonus!<\/p>\n
We have left this work purposely till mid to end of September when the weather is warmer.\u00a0 Hopefully the weather does not take a turn, unusually.<\/p>\n
