{"id":442,"date":"2016-12-11T07:21:29","date_gmt":"2016-12-10T20:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aspireapartmentssydney.com.au\/?p=442"},"modified":"2016-12-13T07:09:55","modified_gmt":"2016-12-12T20:09:55","slug":"exterior-glass-and-louvre-cleaning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aspireapartmentssydney.com.au\/?p=442","title":{"rendered":"REMINDER: Exterior Glass and Louvre Cleaning &#8211; 27 Dec 16 (4 days)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Commencing soon <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Thursday 27th December 2016<\/span>,<\/strong> High Rise Solutions will commence cleaning all exterior glass and metal louvres.\u00a0 These works are long overdue, and it is important that we are able to access all areas to do a complete and thorough clean.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This work will take <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">4 days<\/span><\/strong><\/span> to complete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This will <strong><u>include<\/u><\/strong> balcony balustrade glass (both sides), and the glass exterior of your balcony doors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please take note of the following <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em><u>IMPORTANT<\/u><\/em><\/strong> <\/span>information, as you are required to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please close <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>ALL<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>windows and balcony doors, tight &#8211; so that water does not penetrate the interior of your residence.<\/li>\n<li>Please open <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>ALL<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>louvres so that they are \u201cflat\u201d, and not on an angle (ie, So that you can clearly see outside from your apartment \u2013 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>DON\u2019T SHUT THEM PLEASE!<\/u><\/strong><\/span>).
