3 Sept 19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Residents, Agents and Suppliers (that are assigned fobs),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have commenced work on a project that will greatly\nenhance security and access control within Aspire Apartments, for all\nresidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All security access system readers will be replaced with\nencrypted readers &#8211; which means that it will be impossible to replicate or\n\u201cclone\u201d security fobs.&nbsp; For those that do so, against building by laws,\nthis is the end of the road for this behaviour I\u2019m afraid!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The card reader changeover will\nbe happening on Tuesday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> September 2019, between the hours\nof 8.30am and 4pm (dependant if they finish earlier).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ALL currently assigned fobs need to be replaced with new\nfobs at no charge, PRIOR to the card reader changeover.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any extra fobs not currently assigned will be charged at the\nrate of $50.00 per fob.&nbsp; * Note that restrictions are in place for the\ntotal number of fobs assigned per apartment, including agent fobs &#8211; but\ndependant of the number of bedrooms (1 bedroom \u2013 3 fobs, 2 bedroom \u2013 5 fobs,\nand 3 bedroom \u2013 7 fobs).&nbsp; <em>For example, a 2 bedroom apartment can have a\nmaximum of 4 persons residing in it.&nbsp; 1 fob for each resident\/tenant, and\none for the owner or agent = 5 fobs total.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure to have fobs replaced, PRIOR to the\nchangeover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You MUST bring your old fob and\ncurrent official photo ID to the Building Manager, <strong><em>PRIOR<\/em><\/strong>\nto the changeover, during these times:<ul><li><strong>Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 8am<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Saturday from 8.00am to 12.30pm<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Residents and Agents are entirely responsible\nfor ensuring that they have organised themselves, and make the effort to have\nreplacement fobs assigned at the times stated above.&nbsp; <strong>Chasing up\nindividual Residents or Agents &nbsp;will not occur<\/strong>.<\/li><li>All assigned fobs will be assigned to a person,\nnot an apartment.&nbsp; The assigned person will be wholly responsible for the\nuse of the individual assigned fob.<\/li><li>All assigned fobs MUST have a valid photo\nID, personal email address and phone number assigned, belonging to the\nactual person that is assigned the fob and using the fob.&nbsp; This is for\naudit purposes.&nbsp; <strong>There are no exceptions to this requirement.<\/strong><\/li><li>A document stating that the fob\/s have been\ntaken will be required to be signed.<\/li><li>Any extra fobs (within restriction limits) can\nbe purchased for $50.00, cash payment.<\/li><li>After the changeover, any old fobs will NOT\nwork \u2013 you can throw them away in the trash, as they will be useless.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After the changeover, any residents or agents that have NOT\nfollowed the procedure above will be inconvenienced, as the old fobs will not\nwork.&nbsp;
