There are three main aspects that govern a Strata Building such as Aspire Apartments:
1. STRATA MANAGEMENT:

2. BUILDING & OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
- Day to day building management assigned to Aspire Apartments is based on a part time role.
- Best contact is via email for all building management requests: admin@aspireapartmentssydney.com.au
- SMS messages will not be accepted for building management requests.
3. MANAGEMENT DIRECTION:
- The Strata Committee currently consists of five (5) persons. The majority are owner residents, with one having purchased his property off the plan from original developer.
- Nick, a lawyer, (and long term owner/resident).
- Tim, a retired professional.
- Waleed, a banking professional, holding the office of Treasurer (4 years consecutively).
- Yung, a respected professional yoga instructor.
- Raf, a banking sector professional.
