Congratulations Residents!
On Thursday 18th May 2017, we achieved a 100% success rate in terms of access to apartments, performing the compulsory annual fire inspection.
This is really unheard of in most buildings, and a testament to you helping us manage our building really well.
Our contractors have replaced all batteries within smoke detectors throughout the entire building.
It will not be necessary for you to change your smoke alarm batteries moving forward, as the annual inspection next year will include replacement of batteries.
