IMPORTANT – Resident Registration
Greetings Residents,
As part of the conditions of living in Aspire Apartments, you are required to ensure that your resident information is up to date with the Building Manager for your apartment.
It is very important that we keep records of who is living in the building, on file.
This is for security and safety reasons, as well as security fobs being in specific persons names in our system.
Without being registered, any mail and packages delivered that are misaddressed (quite common), will be returned or disposed of rather than management being able to look up details and have the items delivered to the correct person/s. Any lost security fobs will also be difficult to replace, if you are not registered.
CORRECT REGISTRATION DETAILS ARE ENTIRELY IN YOUR BEST INTERESTS!
Rather than hold a complete security audit, and take up time of all residents – I would like residents to be proactive and come to me with updated details of any residents that did not go through the registration process when we performed a security audit back in April 2016.
Could I please ask you to contact me and I will be able to give you what we have in the system, and you can then correct any information that is not current.
