The Owners Corporation has written to the Premiers Department in relation to short term leasing, and the State Government’s review on the subject.
Recently the State Government released a report into the adequacy of short term leasing in the state of NSW. The State Government is yet to hand down its final decision. Movement from the State Government is expected in the coming months. This report can be found HERE.

Aspire Apartments has also joined forces with the OCN (Owners Corporation Network), along with many major apartment buildings in Sydney such as Altair, Encore, Gazebo, Highgate, Ikon, Observatory Tower, Stamford Marque, Stanford on Kent, The Elan, The Georgia, The Harvard and The Horizon and Hyde Park Towers in contributing to the fighting fund – to ensure that residential strata buildings’ destinies are controlled by individual Owners Corporations, rather than the State Government.
