Recently, we had illuminated signage installed in the main entrance lobby as part of the building branding initiative.
This was achieved rather economically, by in-house design and engaging the right trades to keep the cost down.
This has not only brightened the lobby up somewhat, but also has given a sense of luxury and makes the lobby area look fantastic, and a quality property.
The southern Hyde Park precinct in which our building is located, is currently going though massive change. The area is becoming a very sought after “dress circle” for residential living.
