The last piece of the water pressure rectification works from level 3 through to 14 inclusive, will be completed on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th July 2019.
A cold water limiting valve will be installed under each apartment’s laundry sink for levels 3 through to 10 inclusive. In addition to a cold water limiting valve, a new hot water limiting valve will be installed from level 11 through to 14 inclusively.
Apartments on L3-10 will take 1 hour to complete. Apartments on L 11-14 will take 1.5 hours to complete.
Once this last piece of important work is completed, water (over) pressure issues on lower floors will be resolved for good.
LEVELS 3-10
- I am taking 1 hour appointments from 7am on wards, please advise what time is best on Wednesday 24 July 2019.

- Each appointment is one hour, on the hour from 7am, last being 3pm.
- There will be three teams working in unison.
LEVELS 11-14
- I am taking 1.5 hour appointments from 7am on wards, please advise what time is best on Thursday 25th July 2019.
- Alternatively, Please advise if you wish to leave your key with me.
- Each appointment is 1.5 hours commencing from 7am, last being 1pm.
- There will be three teams working in unison.
