Aspire is a modern, inner city apartment building with 1 commercial, and 56 residential lots located in the CBD of Sydney. The building has tight zoning restrictions on title and by-laws in place that deem it PERMANENT accommodation ONLY. Short term and tourist accommodation is a breach of the council zoning permissions under the 88B instrument. Apartments that breach these Council regulations and building by-laws will be subject to legal action both by the City of Sydney Council and the Owners Corporation of SP91677.
